What is Think Nursery?

Think Nursery is a marketing platform for UAE based Childcare Providers including Nurseries, Pre-school’s and Early Years Centers. A place for Parents to find high quality childcare in their local area and to share their experiences with others.

We share a wealth of knowledge of the Early Years sector with our growing community of childcare providers and parents. Our goal – ‘to improve childcare through transparency’.

Which businesses are listed?

Think Nursery includes hundreds of Nurseries, Pre-school’s and Early Learning Centers based across the UAE.
Listings for individual caregivers such as babysitters or nannies are not yet available. We’ll keep you posted when this changes.

Why should I claim my listing?

Claiming your listing allows you to take ownership of the page, make edits and keep all the information up-to-date. You also get the all important blue tick which tells parents you own the listing. This gives them added confidence that the information they see is accurate.

• REMEMBER! – claiming your listing is completely FREE with no obligations to continue and no credit card details required.

How do I claim my listing?

1. Use the SEARCH to find your business.
2. Click Claim for FREE (on the right hand side)
3. Choose your desired PACKAGE. For details of what these include see PRICING.
4. Complete the form including details for the person managing the listing eg. Marketing Manager or Center Manager.
5. Within 72 hours our verification team will process your request. You’ll receive an email when approved.

How do I claim multiple listings?

To manage multiple listings (or centers) with a single account, use the following steps.

1. CLAIM your first listing using the steps above.
   – Wait for the Registration confirmation email including your login credentials.
2. SIGN IN to your Think Nursery account.
3. For each listing you wish to claim, SEARCH for the listing and complete the claim form.
4. Visit your DASHBOARD, select LISTINGS to manage all your approved listings in one place.

How much does it cost to list my business?

You can claim and own your listing for FREE!

How can I add my business?

First, search for your business (most have already been added for you). If you cannot find your business, proceed with the following steps –

1. Click SUBMIT (at the footer of any page).
2. Choose a PACKAGE (find out more HERE)
3. Complete the LISTING form with all the details of your business.
4. Within 48 hours our verification team will process your listing request and notify you via email.
   IMPORTANT! – submitting a listing does not give you ownership. Complete the following steps once your listing has been approved.
5. SIGN IN to thinknursery.com and SEARCH for the listing.
6. Follow the CLAIM procedure described above.

What is the Blue Tick?

The blue tick icon displayed next to the name of childcare provider lets you know the provider officially owns the listing and accepts responsibility for the information displayed.  It gives you an added level of trust and confidence that the information you see is up-to-date and correct.

How do I get a Blue Tick?

Simply follow the CLAIMS process described above and within 72 hours, once verified this will be displayed automatically.

How do I edit my listing?

Once your CLAIM has been approved –

1. SIGN IN (using the credentials emailed to you)
2. Hover over your username (top right corner), select DASHBOARD
3. Click LISTINGS from the left hand menu
4. Click the OPTIONS buttonnext to the listing you wish to edit.
5. Select EDIT

Note: All edits are reviewed by the Think Nursery Team for suitability against our terms and conditions.

How do I upgrade my plan?

1. SIGN IN (using the credentials emailed to you)
2. Hover over your username (top right corner), select DASHBOARD
3. Click LISTINGS from the left hand menu
4. Click the OPTIONS buttonnext to the listing you wish to upgrade.
5. Select CHANGE PLAN

How can I add photos and Videos?

The ability to add Photos and videos are only available on our premium paid packages. Once you have purchased a package, follow the above steps to EDIT your listing and add photos and videos.

Do you sell advertisement space?

Yes! Ad space is currently available to providers who have claimed their listing.

There are three AD SPOTS available – Sidebar, Homepage and Top of Search. Find out more on ADVERTISING.

Can Parents communicate directly with Providers?

Yes! Providers who have purchased a VIP package will automatically have a contact form displayed on their listing. Parents can easily use the form to send enquiries directly to you.

Can I respond to reviews?

Yes! Providers who have claimed their page can respond to reviews. We actively encourage this to show your customers you care about them and to build trust in your community.

3. Click REVIEW from the left-hand menu
4. Click the RECEIVED tab
5. Click PUBLIC REPLY
